Absolutely! It can be done. We will need to talk through your goals and come up with a plan that aligns with your goals.
No problem. About half of the properties I sell are to out of area buyers. There are workarounds for showings, paperwork, etc.
It is true! After the NAR settlement, all agents have to to have a buyer’s agency agreement signed before touring any homes. This is a good change in our industry. The paperwork sets very clear expectations of the buyer and agent as well as discloses how an agent gets paid.
